User Agreement

1. General Terms

2. Account Usage

• Use services for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Data breaches caused by user negligence.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
• Errors in transactions resulting from user input.
• Any financial obligations incurred due to compliance verification procedures.

5. Account freezing and suspension

• Samoa Commercial Bank Limited reserves the right to freeze or suspend accounts linked to suspicious transactions or potential fraudulent activities.
• Users must provide supporting documentation to validate the legitimacy of their funds when requested.
• Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in permanent account termination.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

This agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Notifications of significant changes will be sent 30 days in advance. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Force Majeure

Samoa Commercial Bank Limited shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or service provider failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, source code, and trademarks presented on the Samoa Commercial Bank Limited website are the sole intellectual property of the company. Users are not permitted to copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the BVI.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." Samoa Commercial Bank Limited makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the services for any particular purpose.

11. Account Deactivation

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Samoa Commercial Bank Limited reserves the right to retain transaction-related data for compliance purposes even after deactivation.

12. Breach and Sanctions

In the event of a breach of this Agreement, Samoa Commercial Bank Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user access, notify regulators, and take legal action if necessary. Users will be notified of any actions taken.
